Job summary
Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in their everyday lives at the Strathview Care Home in Cupar, Scotland. The home is a 25-bedded Residential & Dementia Care facility, rated 10 on Carehome.co.uk. The successful candidate will be offered a full-time, permanent role with night shifts and alternate weekends required.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to the residents of Strathview Care Home. This includes assisting with daily living activities, supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being, and contributing to a nurturing and inclusive environment. The role requires empathy, respect, and a growth mindset to ensure the best possible care for the residents.
