Job summary

Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring your team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families. Additionally, you will be required to have an NMC PIN and work 40 hours per week.
