Job summary

The Head Housekeeper role at Moorlands Nursing Home in Lightwater is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control. Main duties of the job

As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that the Moorlands Nursing Home is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This will involve overseeing the daily cleaning tasks, implementing infection prevention control measures, and ensuring that all areas of the home are well-maintained and welcoming for the residents. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing a clean and safe environment for the residents.

They should have a strong understanding of cleaning protocols, infection prevention control, and the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong leadership and communication skills are also essential, as the Head Housekeeper will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff.
