Job summary

Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff in their everyday lives at their 50-bedded Residential & Dementia care Home in Winshill, Staffordshire. Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a leadership role in encouraging development and growth within your team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This includes assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and promoting independence and wellbeing. You will also be expected to mentor and support junior care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
