This is a fantastic opportunity to join Aria Care as a Registered Home Manager for Holmwood Care Centre. Holmwood is equipped with the facilities to care for 59 residents with a wide range of needs, offering residential, nursing, dementia and respite care. The successful candidate will be a strong leader who exudes empathy, compassion, and is dedicated to ensuring person-centred care is given to each and every resident.
Main duties of the job
The Home Manager will lead a team that thrives on continuously improving and nurtures a can-do culture that operates as 'One Team'. The role requires proven experience within the sector in a similar role, with the ability to drive exceptional quality of care, innovative services, and a compassionate approach. The successful candidate will ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and fulfilled during their time at Holmwood Care Centre.
