Main duties of the job
As the Activities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a diverse program of activities and events that cater to the interests and needs of the 41-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care home's residents. This includes activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social wellbeing. You will work closely with the care team to understand the residents' preferences and abilities, and tailor the activities accordingly. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to coordinate the activities and ensure the residents are engaged and fulfilled.
