Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents at their Rectory House Nursing Home in Lancing, West Sussex. The 33-bedded residential and nursing home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families. Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to the residents in their everyday lives. This may include assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and social activities. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure the residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Flexibility to work days, nights, and alternate weekends is required.
