Job summary

Main duties of the job
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents in their everyday lives, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This includes assisting with personal care, administering medication, engaging residents in activities, and providing a safe and comfortable environment. The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families.
