Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to the residents at the Solent Grange Care Home. This will involve assisting with their daily activities, ensuring their personal needs are met, and promoting their overall well-being. You will work as part of a supportive and nurturing team, and have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. The role requires a 44-hour work week, with a rotation of day and night shifts and alternate weekends.
