Home Manager – Chipping Campden, GL55 6DR

• Annual Salary:               £84,000  (Including Bonus potential)
• Annual Leave:                35 Days (including Bank holidays)
• Company Sick Pay:        4 Weeks Paid
• Employer Pension Contributions: 5% Base salary
• Your Total Reward Package Available will be £103,826* (*Full Breakdown and detail of additional benefits provided upon request)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Aria Care as a Registered Home Manager for Mill House Nursing Home.

Mill House Care Home is located in the postcard town of Chipping Campden, within easy reach of Evesham and Stratford-upon-Avon. Regional finalist winners in the Great British Care Awards 2023, for the Dementia Carer Award and Outstanding Contribution Award, as well as highly commended in the Dignity in Care Award.  Currently with Carehome.co.uk review score of 9.7 & Good CQC Rating!

Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience within the sector in a similar role as a Registered Home Manager.
