Job summary
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Housekeeper to join the team at Tall Trees, a 61-bedded nursing and dementia home rated 'Good' by the CQC and with a 9.7 rating on Carehome.co.uk. As the Head Housekeeper, you will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home, creating a warm and inviting environment for the residents.
Main duties of the job
The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control across the home. This includes ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and well-presented, managing the team's schedules and workloads, and monitoring the quality of the work. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
