Job summary

The Head Housekeeper role at Aria Healthcare's Moorlands Nursing Home is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control throughout the home. The successful candidate will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the residents' living environment is warm, inviting, and meticulously clean.

Main duties of the job

As the Head Housekeeper, you will play a central role in creating a clean and welcoming home for the residents. You will oversee a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. This includes tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and waste management. You will also be responsible for training and supervising the housekeeping team, as well as implementing effective cleaning procedures and schedules.
