Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Aria Healthcare as a Receptionist. You will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome to visitors, handling enquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the care home. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, managing appointment scheduling, and providing administrative support to the wider team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, their families, and other stakeholders, so excellent customer service skills are essential. The role also involves updating records, handling correspondence, and assisting with other administrative duties as required.
