Walstead Place is a 41-bedded Residential Care Home in Lindfield, Haywards Heath, rated 'Good' by the CQC and 9.5 on Carehome.co.uk. Aria Healthcare is looking for a passionate and fast-learning Kitchen Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis with a salary of £12.21 per hour and alternate weekends required.
Main duties of the job
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of meals for the residents of Walstead Place. This will include tasks such as food preparation, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and following all health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, empathetic, and have a growth mindset to thrive in this role.
