Job summary
The Health & Wellbeing Coordinator role at Magna Care Centre in Wimborne involves planning and delivering engaging activities and programs to enhance the overall well-being and quality of life for the residents. This is a part-time position (24 hours per week) with a competitive hourly rate of £12.50. Main duties of the job
As the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive activity program that caters to the diverse needs and interests of the residents. This may include physical exercises, social activities, educational workshops, and creative pursuits. You will work closely with the care team to understand the individual needs and preferences of each resident, and tailor the activities accordingly. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed records, monitoring the impact of the activities, and continuously improving the program to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction.
