Main duties of the job
As a Chef at Aria Healthcare's Thames View care home, you will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh, nutritious meals for the 78-bed residential and nursing home. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, covering shifts between 7am and 6:30pm, including alternate weekends. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and passionate Chef with the ability to lead by example and showcase their culinary skills to create a high level of hospitality for the residents. The role will involve a fully supported induction to the technical skills required in the healthcare sector, as well as opportunities to mentor and develop the in-house Chef team.
