Job summary

The Health & Wellbeing Coordinator role at Brook House Care Home in Towcester, Northampton, is responsible for providing engaging and meaningful activities for the residents. Main duties of the job

As the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of activities and events that promote the health, wellbeing, and enjoyment of the residents. This includes organizing physical, cognitive, and social activities, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
