Main duties of the job

As a Sous Chef at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for creating fresh, nutritious meals for the residents of the 34-bedded Residential & Dementia Care Home. You will work closely with the Head Chef, leading by example and showcasing your creative flair to deliver high-level hospitality. The role offers straight shifts with no evenings, and you will receive a fully supported induction to develop the technical skills required in healthcare. There is also an opportunity to mentor the team and progress through the Chef academy.
