As the Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in delivering excellent quality care and enhancing the wellbeing of the residents. Main duties of the job

As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Your duties will include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing staff training and development, and collaborating with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement. You will be an experienced and compassionate nursing professional, with a strong record of leadership and a commitment to promoting the independence and choice of the residents.
