Home Manager – Rendlesham, IP12 2TP

• Annual Salary:         £84,000 (Including Bonus potential)
• Annual Leave:          35 Days (including Bank holidays)
• Company Sick Pay:  4 Weeks Paid
• Employer Pension Contributions: 5% Base salary
• Your Total Reward Package Available will be £103,826*

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Aria Care as a Registered Home Manager for Rendlesham Care Centre.

Rendlesham Care Centre is situated close to the east coast in Suffolk in the village of Rendlesham, recognised by Healthcare Professionals as one of the few homes in Norfolk and Suffolk where nurses can provide care for high dependency cases which gives peace of mind should care needs change. Rendlesham provides residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 60 residents.  Currently with Carehome.co.uk review score of 9.9 and a Good CQC Rating!

Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience within the sector in a similar role, as well as the ability to be a strong leader that exudes empathy, compassion and is dedicated to ensuring person-centred care.
