Job summary

Main duties of the job
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to the residents and visitors of the Oaken Holt Estate, a 53-bed Residential and Nursing Home, and a 40-bed Nursing, Dementia and Palliative Care Home. The role requires 16 hours per week, typically on Saturdays and Sundays, and to also cover annual leave. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of £12.21, as well as a range of benefits, including a Blue Light Discount Card, Wagestream, holiday and days out discounts, long service awards, and a recognition programme.
