We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team to ensure that the delivery of Physiotherapy services to all residents who have diverse and complex needs. Working alongside a multidisciplinary Neurocare team upholding the values of Inspire Neurocare.

Main duties of the job

The physiotherapist is responsible for the delivery of Physiotherapy services to all residents who have diverse and complex needs and work as a member of the multidisciplinary Neurocare team.

They will also provide professional leadership in all aspects of Physiotherapy as required by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

  • Participate in collecting and analysing clinical audit data and use of relevant outcome measure, carry out clinical risk assessments and complete risk management plans.
  • Advise on mobility and manual handling devices and positioning equipment for residents, and document recommendations and guidance accordingly.
  • Identify and source specialist equipment for all residents with complex physical needs; ensuring all therapy equipment is well maintained, clean and safe to use.
  • As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
