Job summary
The Employment and Skills Coach will support digitally excluded residents to progress into further learning and employment opportunities, working as part of the WMCA Digital Divide project team to create sustainable pathways for learner progression.
Main duties of the job
Provide one-to-one employment and skills coaching to program participants
Develop and implement progression plans for learners
Build and maintain relationships with learning providers and employers
Support achievement of project progression targets
Contribute to project monitoring and evaluation

- Experience of achieving progression targets

- Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant subject (e.g. Information, Advice and Guidance)
