Deputy Clinical Manager

Location:Blackwood, NP12 1BR

Salary:Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Hours:Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

Cwmgelli Lodgeprovides nursing care for 24 adults over the age of 18. The home is on two floors (Daffodil and Rose) and has been purposely designed to provide a bright, positive and vibrant environment to meet the needs of younger people. There is spacious accommodation that hosts a range of assistive technology and facilities to enable independent living.

About the RoleAs Deputy Manager, youll work closely with the Home Manager to:

• Lead and motivate a passionate care team

• Uphold CIW and RISCA regulations

• Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care

• Promote a positive culture where both staff and residents thrive

• Support in managing resources, compliance, and clinical excellence

What We're Looking For

• You must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active NMC pin

• Proven leadership experience in a care setting

• Experience supporting adults with complex needs

• Strong knowledge of CIW and RISCA regulations

• A values-driven approach to care and team development

• Passion for person-centred care and quality improvement

Essential

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active NMC pin
