Deputy Clinical Manager St Albans Nursing Home

Location:Cardiff, CF24 2NT

Salary:Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Hours:Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

Main duties of the job

About the RoleAs Deputy Manager, youll work closely with the Home Manager to:

  • Lead and motivate a passionate care team

  • Uphold CIW and RISCA regulations

  • Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care

  • Promote a positive culture where both staff and residents thrive

  • Support in managing resources, compliance, and clinical excellence

What We're Looking For

  • You must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active NMC pin

  • Proven leadership experience in a care setting

  • Experience supporting adults with complex needs

  • Strong knowledge of CIW and RISCA regulations

  • A values-driven approach to care and team development

  • Passion for person-centred care and quality improvement
