Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a
passionate Physiotherapist to be part of the CHD Rehabilitation team. The post
holder will be an autonomous practitioner providing physiotherapy to inpatient
neurorehab and general rehab patients. They will be expected to manage and
supervise rehabilitation assistants as part of this role.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide physiotherapy
to contribute to the high-quality assessment, evidenced based treatment and
discharge planning of rehabilitation patients. This includes general
rehabilitation, inpatient neurorehabilitation and long-term disability
management. The candidate will have proven experience of assessing and treating
inpatient rehabilitation patients either as part of their placement or within a
Band 5 role.
They will contribute to the therapy teams
functions such as weekly timetabling, service development and in-service
training.
