We are recruiting for a Care Support Assistant to support clients with both social and clinical needs around the Merseyside area
This post involves:
Days, evenings and waking nights depending on the client you are supprting.
You will be paid £12.60-£12.75 per hour dependant on the client you are supporting.
Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit a personal care assistant on a bank basis to support our clients in the Merseyside area.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you’ll need:
A caring and empathetic nature
Good communication skills
A genuine desire to support others
Basic IT and record-keeping skills
A full UK driving licence is essential
Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided

About the Role
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £12.60-£12.75 per hour depending on placement.
This position is a bank position and available shifts will include day shifts and occasional waking or sleep-in nights.
Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant
- Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with household tasks and meal preparation
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
- Administering medication when required
What We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you’ll need:
