Job summary
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £15 per hour.
This position is a part-time role for18 hours per week and will be day shifts.
Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant
Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with household tasks and meal preparation
Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
Administering medication when required
Main duties of the job
What We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you’ll need:
A caring and empathetic nature
Good communication skills
A genuine desire to support others
Basic IT and record-keeping skills
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role due to the remote location
Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
