We are recruiting for two Care Support Assistants to support a young child who lives with his family
Support includes
Taking him out in the community either on their own or with family
Keeping his attention whilst he has his nutrition via his PEG tube
Personal care – getting him ready for bed
Assisting mum to administer his medications to him

Full training will be given to set you on your path to being a Care Support Assistant, where you will be paid a competitive rate of pay after completion of training. We offer you time to do the training before you start whilst we carry out our recruitment processes.
This job involves day Part Time, Days in Skelmersdale, Lancashire (MATERNITY COVER STARTING JUNE 2025 FOR 12 MONTHS)

Your responsibilities as our Care Support Assistant will include: Assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to enable them to live the life they choose (where possible) to promote their independence. Your role will include, companionship, supporting with housework, running errands and supporting with preparing and cooking meals. Administering medication may be required.
Skills and Experience required of our Care Support Assistant:
You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others. Possessing a UK full driving license and having some previous experience would be advantageous.
