Main duties of the job

Opportunities for promotion and development
Main duties:
Line management and supervision of Personal assistants employed.
Writing and updating of Person-centred care plans for your own allocated clients.
Devising rolling rotas for your allocated clients, arranging cover for holidays and sickness
Managing HR related issues, working with the HR department where required.
1st tier on call on a rotational basis (out of hours)
Monitoring and overseeing the care & support being delivered to our clients.
Ensuring CQC regulatory compliance
Participating in CQC inspections (where requested by Senior Management)

A cheerful and positive-thinking individual whose experience may include managing of staff, working to CQC regulations, care planning.
Someone who is respectful, empathetic and sensitive.
Someone who is flexible and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the individuals using our service receive outstanding care.
A team player who has good organisational skills
