• Mentoring and motivate colleagues
• Carrying out assessments
• Tending to residents needs
• Providing medicine safely
• Develop tailored care plans
• Delivering all round quality care

What you need to succeed:

• Current registration with the NMC
• Relevant Nursing qualification
• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Adequate knowledge and experience and the understanding of nursing role
• Ability to build relationships with residents and their families
• A proven track record of leading and supporting teams
