Job summary
Come and join one of the UK's largest independent providers in neuro and mental healthcare. We proudly employ over 4000+ people - no matter what your experience, we have jobs for everyone.
Active Neuro, the specialist division of Active Care Group, is transforming neurorehabilitation in the UK and we're looking for Band 6 Occupational Therapists to join our team in Birmingham, supporting adults with acquired or traumatic brain injury, neurological conditions, and complex needs, helping them regain independence, confidence, and quality of life.
Main duties of the job
We're investing in our existing service to make a real difference for our clients. You'll have access to cutting-edge rehabilitation technology such as Luna Robotic EMG, Exo Motus, and Arm Motus to support integrated, creative therapy approaches.
With the freedom to focus on long-term, person-centred goals, you can help clients achieve things that really matter to them - whether that's baking a cake, rediscovering a passion for art, or gardening independently.
You'll be part of a highly supportive network, collaborating with peers across Active Neuro, sharing expertise, and benefiting from mentorship. There's also a strong focus on professional development, with personalised CPD tailored to your interests - whether that's functional rehab, cognitive and perceptual retraining, ADL recovery, or neuropsychologically-informed practice.
Being part of Active Neuro also gives you access to internal and external professional networks, including opportunities to collaborate with organisations such as Headway and the Spinal Injuries Association, attend conferences, and engage with wider innovations in neurorehabilitation.
If you're a creative, motivated Occupational Therapist who wants to make a genuine, lasting impact and help shape a pioneering service, this is the opportunity for you.
Please note - this advert will close once we have received a sufficient number of applications.
