We're looking for two passionate and skilled Specialist Occupational Therapists to play a key role in our progressive, collaborative team.

We provide expert care for people with acquired and traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and a wide range of neurological conditions. Every stage of the journey matters - from fast, personalised pre-admission planning through to structured inpatient programmes and seamless post-discharge support.
Our multidisciplinary team - consultants, nurses, therapists, psychologists, and rehab assistants - works together using shared outcome measures, supported by real-time insights from our robotics and smart therapy systems.

The role:
As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for individuals with complex neurological needs.
- Manage a varied caseload, providing specialist OT input tailored to individual goals.
- Keep up to date with current treatment approaches and contribute to service improvement initiatives within your specialist area.
- Support the integration of specialist rehabilitation technologies into everyday practice, aligned with our 24-hour rehabilitation model.
- Participate in audits and assist with monitoring and evaluating service effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues to ensure coordinated, person-centred care.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff when needed, especially in complex cases.
- Follow and promote risk management and safety procedures consistently.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects, outcome measurement, and clinical governance activities.
