The closing date is 29 October 2025

Job summary

Come and join one of the UK's largest providers of complex care. We proudly employ over 4000+ people - no matter what your experience, we have jobs for everyone.

Main duties of the job

Are you looking for a role where you can take the lead and make a real impact? At Moorpark Place, a residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, we are seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team.

You'll play a vital role in shaping and delivering our OT provision, working closely with our residents to help them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work autonomously in your practice while being part of a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team.

At Moorpark Place, the impact of specialist care can be life-changing. Recently, one of the people we support, Sean, completed his Three Peaks Challenge climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Mount Snowdon. With the right support, determination, and encouragement, Sean achieved something truly extraordinary. Stories like his show the power of therapy and teamwork, and as our Lead OT, you'll be a key part of making these achievements possible.

Please note: This advert will close as soon as we have received a sufficient number of applications.
