Job summary
Come and join one of the UK's largest independent providers in complex care. We proudly employ over 4000+ people - no matter what your experience, we have jobs for everyone.
Main duties of the job
"When you find somewhere like this, it's amazing. Jennifer, former patient.
Without all the help, I wouldn't be back at home with my husband".
At Woodlands Neurological Rehabilitation Centre, our work changes lives just ask Jennifer. A retired volunteer who valued her independence, Jennifer's life was turned upside down after a fall led to a fractured hip and a brain injury. When she arrived at Woodlands, she was anxious, dependent on others for basic care, and struggling to communicate and remember.
Thanks to the dedication of our multidisciplinary team including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, psychology, and nursing Jennifer made a remarkable recovery.
Through personalised therapy, she regained her strength, rebuilt her confidence, and returned home to live independently with her husband.
Her story is a powerful example of the role our team plays in helping people rediscover their independence and as our new Occupational Therapy Technician, you could be part of that journey too.
Please note - this advert will close once we have received a sufficient number of applications.
