What you'll be working:
Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. However, we understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, if you require some flexibility to better suit your personal or professional needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences where possible.
What you'll be doing:
As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role within our dynamic multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to individuals with acquired brain injuries and other complex neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a high-quality physiotherapy service, ensuring your input is fully integrated within the multidisciplinary team

Undertake advanced neurological assessments and deliver tailored treatment plans to patients with a range of complex and multiple pathologies

Work autonomously to plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centred physiotherapy programmes

Use highly developed physical and manual therapy skills to support patients in regaining mobility and maximising functional independence

Liaise effectively with families, carers, and other significant individuals to ensure continuity and consistency of care

Foster strong professional relationships with colleagues across the team, contributing to a supportive and collaborative working environment

Promote patient safety and dignity at all times, safeguarding individuals and upholding their human rights
