We are looking for an RGN for a flexible role, supporting a male client in their own home and at college/community.  

What you'll be working:

Hours: 29 hours per week with holiday cover when needed

Shift pattern: 

08:00-17:00

08:00-18:00

11:30-21:30

08:00-19:00  

What you'll be doing:   

Supporting access to the community, College and work placements

Support with domestic tasks

Driving the candidate to various activities

Monitoring and managing insulin levels/ Type 1 Diabetes

What you'll have:

• A current NMC Pin registration
• A legal right to work in the UK
• Own vehicle with work insurance
