Main duties of the job
The Recruitment Insights & Branding Specialist will sit within the Recruitment and People Team, working closely with Marketing and key stakeholders to improve hiring performance and candidate experience. Responsibilities include analyzing recruitment data, producing insights to drive smarter hiring decisions, developing and strengthening the employer brand, and partnering with stakeholders to provide recruitment insight and market intelligence.
