Job summary
The role of a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare's Hampstead Court Care Home in London is to provide professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as to perform a range of administrative tasks. Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your responsibilities will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages accordingly. You will also be tasked with completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
