This role as a Registered Nurse - Nights at Avery Healthcare's Barnet Grange Care Home in Barnet offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse - Nights, your key responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, and tube feeding, as well as managing chronic medical conditions. You will be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident conditions, keeping them informed and involved in care decisions. Additionally, you will oversee the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of care and acting as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required.
