This is a temporary receptionist role at Avery Healthcare's Birchmere Mews Care Home in Solihull. The role involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as administrative support services.
Main duties of the job
As a receptionist, your focus will be on offering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages. Additionally, you will complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
