Main duties of the job

As a Residential Care Manager, your focus will be to manage a group of Care Supervisors within the home, ensuring a high-quality delivery of personal care is provided to the residents. You will be an advocate for all residents, maintaining their best interests in all areas of their wellbeing. Other responsibilities include coordinating the resident assessment process, supporting and developing your team, managing equipment storage and cleaning, ensuring medication management compliance, and conducting quality care spot checks.
