They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Senior Care Assistant, supporting the delivery of high-quality personal care and creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care to residents. Your key duties will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centered care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that any reasonable requests are addressed and concerns or complaints are escalated.
