Main duties of the job
As a Team Leader at Avery Healthcare's Wandsworth Common Care Home in London, you will focus on supporting the home management team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include leading the care planning process, assisting with resident discharges, monitoring the well-being of residents, and ensuring safe systems of work. You will need to have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, two years' experience in a senior position with the resident group, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
