Job summary
This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include monitoring resident wellbeing, implementing and evaluating care plans, supporting medication requirements, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals. You will also be involved in staff supervision and development. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, 2 years' experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude towards supporting both residents and staff.
