Job summary
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Avery Healthcare's Spencer House Care Home in Northampton, you will be responsible for supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. You will be part of a caring, supportive, and dedicated team committed to creating meaningful experiences for both residents and employees.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you will focus on supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a diverse range of activities that contribute to the overall well-being of the residents. This includes maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition, and assisting with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities. You will also work to establish links with the local community to encourage access and promote intergenerational activities.
