They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Wandsworth Common Care Home in London.
Main duties of the job
As Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting changes in residents' condition, supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for activities, and establishing links with the local community.
