Main duties of the job
Your responsibilities as a Care Assistant will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene care to ensure optimum independence, dignity and respect, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You'll also be expected to practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
