Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist, your focus will be to provide professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as completing a range of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, maintaining databases, and providing general administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. You'll also help maintain the tidiness of the reception area.
