Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will be expected to practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
